Already registered as a “Super Food” because of its antioxidant power and nearly double nutritional and healing properties in opposition to the common white garlic, Black Garlic is gaining space in gastronomy and healthy food.

Black garlic cloves can be used in pesto for pasta sauces, in risotto, as spreads for sandwiches or burgers, as a salad dressing. You can give another dimension to the tzatziki. Blend sauces for the fish or meat in order to give characteristic body and aroma.
